Admitted as a German Rechtsanwalt and an Attorney-at-Law in the State of New York, he brings over twenty years of cross-border structuring experience across Europe, the United States, and global corridors.

Prior to his independent practice, he honed his transactional craft within premier international law firms and tier-1 global consultancies across New York, San Francisco, Frankfurt, Cologne, and Hamburg. His academic foundation culminated in a doctoral degree in law (Dr. iur.) earned in Germany.

Stepping away from conventional billable-hour advisory, he acts as principal transaction counsel—aligning sovereign, institutional, and industrial partners through cross-border joint ventures, co-development platforms, and bankable project agreements.
